What You’ll Do:

Lead a motivated team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and support through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close Collaborate with national and regional sales teams to foster a unified sales culture Build relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and decision-makers Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, monitor performance, and track progress Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations and RFP, to ensure delivery excellence Lead by example in personal development, accountability, and growth mindset Recruit and retain top talent while identifying high-performers and development opportunities
