What skills do you need:

Proven experience in sales in the construction, home improvement, or related industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc). We use Monday.com Independent, proactive, data-driven approach Emphasis on ethical business practices and integrity in all business dealings Openness to receiving constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous learning are essential qualities for this role Knowledge of glass products and construction materials is a plus What will you do: Provide detailed walkthroughs and consultations to homeowners and businesses, understanding their specific glass needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
