The industry is constantly advancing to better, lighter, and more reliable protection. Our Sales Department is on the front lines of delivering that protection to those who need it most. In light of our recent successes, and expansion. We are seeking a highly talented, motivated and goal-oriented Tactical Gear Sales Account Manager to join our team!
Who We Are Looking For:
The Tactical Gear Sales Account Manager will join our talented pool of highly motivated and target-driven professionals in our Sales Department. We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, a great reputation, top-notch customer reviews, and highly-trained customer service to provide our Sales Team with the best sales opportunities in the industry. We are looking for someone with extensive sales experience especially in the Body Armor and Tactical Industry. A good fit for the company and would be a Sales Professional who can combine interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and strategic thinking to effectively connect with our customers and provide excellent solutions to them. Key Responsibilities Drive outreach to Law Enforcement, Security Agencies, and Tactical Dealers to build strong, lasting partnerships. Build and develop relationships with End Users, to fully understand their needs.
Manage the full sales cycle:
from first contact to follow-up, ensuring clients are supported every step of the way. Present our products with confidence and clarity, adapting to each client’s mission-specific needs. Collaborate with marketing to develop tools and messaging that fuel sales. Take part in weekly team syncs, hit targets, and bring a winning attitude to the table. Exemplify outstanding leadership in company culture, sales efforts, and ethics, while serving our end users and the industry. Represent the company with integrity, ownership, and a service-first mindset.
What You Bring:
5+ years in sales (tactical or body armor industry preferred). Experience working with CRMs and managing a sales pipeline. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

driven, focused, and coachable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, defense-friendly environment. Must pass a background check.
