Regional Sales Manager•Gulf Coast Total compensation year 1with Base and Commission = $120,000•$165,000 The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding market presence within a designated territory. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role focuses on engaging new clients across industries such as OEM, Power Generation, Military, Petrochemical, and Nuclear, with a strong emphasis on thermal and acoustic insulation solutions. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through research and networking. Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Attend industry events to promote the company’s offerings. Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered. 5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial sectors. Proven ability to develop new markets and territories. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong presentation and organizational abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
