Residence Supply is a rapidly growing ecommerce brand specializing in premium handcrafted lighting. Our handcrafted collections are sought after by Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Wholesale Distributors across the country. We’re scaling fast, and we need someone to build the sales infrastructure that will fuel our growth.

What You’ll Do:
Architect & Optimize Pipedrive CRM:

Build out pipelines, custom automations, and lead scoring models to streamline our sales flow.

Lead Generation Mastery:

Manage inbound and outbound strategies with Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn, and Trade Shows.

Build & Automate Workflows:

Create drip campaigns, automated follow-ups, and re-engagement sequences that run like clockwork.

Data-Driven Reporting:

Track metrics, analyze pipeline velocity, and optimize for higher conversions.

Team Leadership & Enablement:

Train SDRs, AEs, and Account Managers on best practices, CRM usage, and automation tools.

In-Person Event Strategy:

Coordinate showroom events, trade shows, expos, and community meetups to build brand presence.

Jump on key calls and visits to close major accounts and optimize the sales process. You’re a
