Position Overview We’re looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Amigos in your region, responsible for driving sales, building relationships with retail partners, and growing brand presence in-market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory Build and maintain relationships with c-stores, liquor stores, smoke shops, retail buyers, and distributors Educate accounts on Amigos products and drive sell-through with effective training and promotions Monitor and report on territory performance, sales trends, and competitor activity Coordinate in-store events, demos, and brand activations to build local awareness Educate and train distributors, participate in ride-alongs, market blitzes. Perform table samplings at cash-and-carry locations to promote products to retail buyers Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing and product strategies
Merchandising:
Ensure Amigos cans stand out on every shelf and negotiate for more shelf space in key accounts, place window clings in key accounts, set up floor displays in key accounts, ensuring all accounts are fully decorated with Amigos branded materials Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in beverage sales within the Miami market Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Existing relationships in retail, on-premise, and beverage distribution Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory Must have reliable personal vehicle that can be used for this role; must be able to lift and walk around with cases of beverages comfortably Why Join Amigos?
