Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager to join our talented team and make a difference! We are looking for a self-motivated applicant who will be responsible for leading and directing our Sales, Delivery and Merchandising Teams. This role will ensure operational efficiency by planning, organizing, and developing the overall operation of the departments. In this position you will build a cohesive team to ensure the best service for our customers and create a culture of safety. In the Sales Department you will oversee the entire sales process by planning and implementing sales strategies and managing the sales team. In the Delivery and Merchandising Departments, you will ensure operational efficiency by planning, organizing, and developing the overall operations of the departments. You will serve as a mentor, leader, and team builder. The ideal applicant will effectively represent the organization and nurture a culture of safety, responsibility and accountability and high morale amongst all subordinate departments. The position is in Key West, Florida. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate with four or more years of experience in sales management who has had a successful progression in their career.
