We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager who will oversee and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service, bridging the gap between the sales team and financing, ensuring the deal is profitable for the dealership and satisfactory for the customer. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals. Train, cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and closing deals. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations. Track sales efforts, monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data. Assist salespeople in closing of deals. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations affecting vehicle sales. Must be proficient with CRM and On-Line Sales Tools Identify knowledge gaps within sales staff to determine who a customer is placed with Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
