Position Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to lead Propwell’s expansion efforts in targeted high-opportunity markets. Your primary mission is to build strong relationships with real estate investors, asset managers, and industry partners to drive growth in managed units and investment volume. This is a strategic sales role —ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, adding value, and closing deals with confidence. You’ll have access to a mix of warm inbound opportunities and tools, but your success will be driven by your ability to source and grow a robust referral and partner network . Role Expectations Maintain an agreed upon close rate on qualified opportunities Target 250+ new units annually Conduct 3-5 weekly meetings with industry stakeholders (brokers, developers, owners, etc.) Generate 5-7 qualified new leads per week through referral and outbound efforts Deliver a high standard of Propwell brand representation in your market Operate in alignment with Propwell’s values: Transparency, Innovation, Hustle, Ownership, and Long-Term Thinking Qualifications Residential property management experience of at least 3 years is required . Proven experience in relationship-based selling. Strong networking skills and outbound lead generation expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills and adaptability to new systems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Valid driver’s license. Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance. Ready to be part of something big?
