- Summary
- The Client Solutions Director is responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of a project, production, or event.
They ensure that all technical components are functioning smoothly and meet the customers’ expectations. This role involves partnering with Client Solutions and Client Relationships as the lead point of contact for the planning and execution of events, offering technical support, consultation, and high-level logistics planning. This position will support our Audio Visual Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: + Dallas, TX + Las Vegas, NV + Orlando, FL + Nashville, TN + Atlanta, GA + Austin, TX + San Antonio, TX
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management:
Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or concern that clients may have.
Budget Support:
Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
Pre-Production Leadership:
Define and lead pre-production activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
On-Site Event Management:
Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
Operational Oversight:
Provide comprehensive operational oversight to ensure all aspects of the project are running efficiently and effectively.
High-End Technical Oversight and Consultation:
Provide expert technical oversight and consultation to ensure the successful execution of events, including the latest technologies and innovations.
Overall Event Production Oversight:
Manage and oversee all aspects of event production, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
High Touch Point General Sessions:
Lead and manage high touch point general sessions, ensuring a high level of client and attendee engagement and satisfaction.
High-End General Sessions:
Oversee the production of high-end general sessions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.
Specialty Events:
Plan and execute specialty events, ensuring they are unique, memorable, and meet client expectations.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in event management, technical production, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in technical event production, client services, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in event production technologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high touch point and high-end general sessions.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
- Ability to lead and manage specialty events.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under pressure.
