This role offers the opportunity to work independently as well as with distributors to manage key account relationships and drive both distribution and volume growth in the On-Premise and Independent Retail channels. Reporting to the VP of Sales, East Division, the Regional Director of On-Premise will be responsible for executing sales strategies, cultivating strong partnerships, and ensuring the continued success of our premium brand in a competitive market. Job DescriptionDevelop, manage, and expand FIJI Water sales within the Southeast US, On-Premise region to include restaurants, hotels, bars, venues, and event spaces.
Support current high-profile accounts via relationship development, build brand presence and develop sales strategies to increase product availability and ensure long-term brand loyaltyPartner with the marketing, sales planning, finance and operations to create and activate brand initiatives and promotions at key accountsMaintain existing and build new distribution channels and product placementsPrepare and present proposals, profit planners, staff trainings and business reviewsConduct monthly meetings with Operations Managers, Pricing Coordinators and Sales Managers to create and implement volume goal strategies, identify new and lost accounts, create incentives and focus program periodsCollaborate, train and motivate distributor sales personnel on FIJI WaterAchieve planned On-Premise volume and new placement goals for FIJI Water brand Manage revenue and budget spend to include field marketing costs (i.e. listing fees, rebates, retailer ads) and special eventsForecast water shipments for regional distributors and direct accountsPrioritize time spent in the field to build customer relationshipsQualifications7+ years of sales experience in the beverage or premium consumer goods industry with a strong focus on on-premise accounts in the SoutheastProven account relationships and a strong track record of driving sales and building strategic partnerships in casinos, resorts, hotels, or other high-end hospitality environments in the Southeast regionStrong distributor management experience, including contract negotiation and performance oversightExceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholdersInnovative skill to analyze data and market trends to drive informed business decisionsAdvanced capabilities within
MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to ensure capability in creating selling stories and tracking resultsStrong oral presentation and written abilitiesFocus on in-person account management and ability to travel up to 30% of the time outside of the Southeast market4-year college degree or equivalent experience
