What you will be doing : Responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for reviewing, scrubbing and contacting inbound sales leads and deploying them to the correct sales teams. The SDR Manager must work closely with marketing and sales leaders to define and execute a digital + human prospect nurture strategy, as well as understand sales associates’ capacity to receive new leads. This will role play a crucial part in ensuring a high-quality prospect experience and achieving sales goals. •Will require working at least 3 days per week onsite at our Maitland, FL office Lead an SDR team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and chat for optimal prospect experience. Continuously assess and improve the lead scrubbing and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This may involve streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and utilizing technology solutions. Ensure that lead data is cleaned and validated accurately to maintain data integrity. Additionally, oversee deployment activities to ensure that products, services, or information are delivered correctly and on time. Address issues and challenges that may arise during lead scrubbing and deployment processes. Implement solutions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvement. Fosters a culture of inclusion, open communication, collaboration, goal achievement, and accountability. Bachelor’s Degree Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, or related, systems
