We host pop-up expos and manage proprietary business models like the Healthy Boost Juice Bar Kiosk , designed to give individuals pathways to financial independence and community impact. We are now hiring a Regional Sales Manager to oversee both our Financial Wellness Pop-Up Events and our Juice Bar Kiosk Program , combining community engagement with small business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Wellness Pop-Up Management Coordinate and execute local and regional financial wellness pop-ups and expos. Transport and set up promotional materials and booth equipment at various community venues. Supervise and assist field staff, ensuring professional, mission-aligned public engagement. Maintain inventory of pop-up supplies, ensure event readiness, and provide reports post-events. Assist with local vendor and sponsor outreach to maximize event participation and success. Healthy Boost Juice Bar Kiosk Program Oversight Serve as the regional point-of-contact for Juice Bar Kiosk operations in high-traffic locations (e.g., hospitals, malls, transit hubs). Recruit, train, and support new kiosk licensees and staff members. Ensure consistent branding, cleanliness, and operational standards across all kiosk locations. Facilitate inventory coordination, site inspections, and troubleshooting as needed. Support kiosk marketing efforts and community promotions in partnership with the broader OFH team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in community events, field marketing, or retail/business development. Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in managing business operations. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned region. Able to lift and transport event materials (approx. 30-50 lbs). Excellent communication and team management skills. Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for events.

Incentives & Growth Opportunities:

Commission opportunities from both expo vendor sales and kiosk business conversions. $1,500 bonus for each successful Juice Bar Kiosk licensee recruited and trained. Eligible to become a Healthy Boost Kiosk Licensee with financing and company support. Leadership advancement into Area Development roles with residual income streams.
