Position Summary TheRegional Sales Manager will oversee all sales and distribution inan assigned region and work to grow the customer base maintainingclient and vendor relationships, with a true passion for sharingthe benefits our services offer. RSM must be organized, energetic,and results-driven as they recruit, train and develop sales staff.

Optimizes territory database developing relationships with clientsto become the trusted advisor for each region. Conducts dealreviews and strategy sessions for winning new accounts. Provideseffective feedback, coaching and counseling to sales staff. Abilityto lead in a fast paced, ever changing environment. EssentialDuties and Responsibilities Involved in all aspects of the salesprocess – prospect facing, internal approvals, pricing/negotiatingand post- sale implementation. Achieves monthly sales numbers,driving sales results through hands-on field leadership. ConductsQBRs, holds sales staff accountable to monthly goals, deliversperformance improvement plans Models consultative sellingmethodologies and closing techniques to sales associates. Managesteam activity by setting and auditing weekly goals, reviewingcalendars and establishing time management best practices withteam. Monitor’s sales pipeline to insure healthy volume, mix,linearity, and prioritization of accounts. Represents and supportscorporate initiatives with a positive attitude. Implementing rulesand strategies to reach targets set by the management Dependingupon the requirement of the region, hiring new staff Knowledge,Skills, and Abilities Extensive knowledge of business/economicenvironment Ability to apply leadership skills and models tomotivate and get results from direct reports Exceptionalorganizational and time management skills Exceptional verbal andwritten communication skills Ability to accurately forecastpipeline projections Familiar with standard office equipment andMicrosoft Office tools Good computational skills and accountingknowledge Thorough knowledge about the policies and salesstrategies of the company Strong analysis and decision makingskills Excellent management skills Hands on experience with CRMsystems, Salesforce preferred Some travel required Excellentcommunication, leadership, organization and negotiation skillsEducation & Experience High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 5years’ experience in sales and marketing
