• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Monday Motorbikes electric mobility team in the Southeast.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading regional sales and fulfilling a quota, dealer communications, digital brand marketing on Monday Motorbikes and dealer social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X and Thumbstopper), and developing regional event marketing opportunities.

• Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with light Electric Vehicle, Golf Cart, E-Bike and E-Moped dealers. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, market segmentation, and local regulations. Negotiate dealer agreements, fulfillment terms, trade financing and close deals in targeted accounts. Provide excellent customer service, basic assembly and technical communication skills to maintain end customer and dealer satisfaction. Utilize Monday’s Account Management and CRM tools to track sales activities and performance to plan.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in outdoor sporting goods equipment sales, Electric Bike and Power Sports dealer development and technical sales.

The successful candidate with demonstrate strong negotiation skills and ability to close opportunities within the approved margin and operating expense goals. Knowledge of market trends and electric mobility competitor analysis. Experience in outside sales, electric bike and moped product demonstration, account management, and customer service. Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
