The role of the Sales Director is to manage 4-teams to empower qualified candidates to Personally Recruit, Hire, Train, Support and Develop there own staff of Professional individuals to grow quickly while they are in their Initial 8-Weeks of Training as Entrepreneur Business Consultants to Sell & Show Business Opportunities.

Sales Director Training Program includes:

Revenue, sales, transaction closed, marketing, and promotion, financial reporting, new account development, forecast pipeline, proposal, presentation, PowerPoint presentation, utilizing word, excel PowerPoint, organize, heavy schedule, planner, all events, and meetings and obtaining to hit all teams targeted sales goals objectives YTD Quotas. A full-time or part-time remote, hybrid, workplace environment, outside sales, marketing, networking domestic and international opportunities. If hired after the initial 8-weeks of training as an Sales Director, the base pay for this position is generally between $48.00/hr•$85.00/hr. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
If hired by the Sales Director after the initial 8-weeks of training as an Entrepreneur Business Consultant, the base pay for this position is generally between $15.00/hr•$40.00/hr Recommendations on behalf of the Sales Director and company executives Approval. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on position level, skills, experience, location and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
