Job Details JobDetails:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven PermanentSales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a seasonedprofessional with strong leadership skills and a proven trackrecord in the B2B sector. You will be responsible for driving salesgrowth, building and maintaining customer relationships, anddeveloping innovative multichannel marketing campaigns. You’ll beworking with a diverse team of marketers, salespeople, and productmanagers to drive our business forward. If you’re passionate aboutdigital marketing, have a knack for sales, and love the thrill ofclosing a deal, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve companygoals and objectives. 2. Lead and manage the sales team to achievesales targets and improve performance. 3. Build and maintainstrong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding theirneeds and providing solutions. 4. Work closely with the marketingteam to create and execute multichannel campaigns. 5. Analyze salesstatistics and market trends to identify sales opportunities andforecast future sales. 6. Coordinate with the product team toensure product availability and delivery as per customerrequirements. 7. Monitor competitor activity and market trends tostay ahead of the game. 8. Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction through excellent sales service. 9. Train and mentorsales team members to develop their skills and enhance theirperformance. 10. Report on sales results and provide insights tothe senior management team.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 yearsof experience in a sales management role, ideally within the B2Bsector. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets. 3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and martechtools. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach andmotivate a team. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills. 6. Strong analytical skills with aproblem-solving attitude. 7. Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with clients. 8. Experience in developing andexecuting multichannel marketing campaigns. 9. Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, or related field is preferred. 10.
