Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth.
