Solar Sales Manager Freedom Solar Pros Orlando, FL 32891 Freedom Solar Pros is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Orlando sales team and drive growth in the residential solar market. This role combines team leadership, strategic sales development, and customer engagement—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
Overview:
As our Solar Sales Manager, you will lead a team of outside sales reps, develop and execute market strategies, and help homeowners make the switch to clean energy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales management with a proven ability to hit goals, train others, and build lasting customer relationships. Excellent negotiation skills and a passion for renewable energy are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive performance in the solar market Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team to meet and exceed targets Conduct and support door-to-door sales campaigns with your team Use Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics Negotiate solar contracts that are both customer-focused and profit-aligned Train reps on proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and promotional efforts Monitor local market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in solar or energy Strong leadership and team-building skills Door-to-door or outside sales experience is highly desirable Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills
