Role:

This is a leadership-level sales position for an elite closer. You’ll serve as both a front-line manager and a high-level closer—back-ending deals and helping lead a sales team to consistent production.

Compensation:

Base salary: $60,000 while you ramp up. First 45 days: Most reps will exceed $100K pace quickly.

High performers:

$150K-$225K+ total annual earning potential. Top closers can exceed $250K.

Key Responsibilities:

Close qualified prospects at a high percentage—on the spot. Support and train a small team of sales reps to increase conversions. Handle objections like a pro and move deals across the finish line. Maintain a sharp, professional, and motivating presence on the floor. Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Proven experience as a TO closer in vacation club or timeshare sales.
