Will work with Executive, Development and Architectural team on new residential, timeshare residential, short-term rental, hotel, recreational use, retail, institutional use, eating establishments, retail shops, auditoriums and conference rooms development at Star Island Resort.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Business Developer Manager will be responsible for finding a new long term tenant for the recently vacant commercial space at the entrance of Star Island. Develop and Implement plans to increase the number of units at Star Island. Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Work with management on the creation of new amenities and commercial opportunities onsite. Plan and organize work, communicate goals, and complete tasks on schedule. Manage and coordinate bids, quotes and contracts for 3rd party vendors May Assist with other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree or higher level education or equivalent in experience. Service-oriented style with professional presentation and communication skills Experience managing Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft office, etc. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of commercial real estate. Strong leadership skills, and a willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates.
