Position Title:

Vice President of Sales

Purpose
The Director of Sales reports to all officers of the company and directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales, overseeing the implementation and enforcement of all company policies and procedures of the sales department.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Directs and oversees the management of all sales associates and sales managers
Assists with the Compliance Department about direct complaints against sales associates and sales managers
Organizes a daily meeting with all sales managers and regular training meeting with Training Managers
Maintains knowledge and enforcement of company policies and procedures
Obtains the authority to hire, fire, recruit and discipline the sales staff per company policies
All other duties as assigned
General Statement – Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training /

Certifications, and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 10 years in Timeshare Industry as a manager

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create excitement with sales team and clients
High morals and integrity
Effective management skills
Well organized with an emphasis on attention to detail
Flexible schedule
Ability to travel

Shift:

Additional hours as necessary to meet site tour flow and staffing
Regular Hours, On-Call, and Weekend
