Lead and manage a remote team of Market Sales Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance development support Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve Samsung Regional Sales targets Oversee the training and development of retail sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to sell Samsung products effectively Manage and optimize merchandising activities with the Market Sales Managers within assigned Regions to enhance product visibility and drive sales Collaborate closely with retail partners to build strong relationships at the District and Regional Leadership level and identify opportunities for sales growth Analyze sales data and regional trends to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
