Position Summary:

Amerihome Healthcare, a second generation, family-owned medical and non-medical private duty home care company in Palm Beach and Broward County, is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team! This position is dedicated to driving sales growth through targeted business development and effective sales strategies. Experience in geriatric healthcare or senior communities is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with an established network in the Palm Beach County area or Broward County.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining community and professional contacts within the healthcare market. 2+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care or long-term care. Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to diverse audiences. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend networking events. Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, including the roles of physicians, hospitals, assisted living/skilled nursing facilities, and case management in long-term care. Strong presentation skills with the confidence to engage and inspire audiences. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Successful completion of a Level II background screening in accordance with state regulations.
