We are a local property management company that specializes in all types of residential properties throughout South Florida. We are a group of like-minded and driven individuals that strive for success within the team.

Role:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving growth by acquiring new clients for our property management company. This individual will leverage their expertise in sales, networking, and market analysis to identify, attract, and onboard property owners and investors into our portfolio. The role is crucial to expanding the company’s footprint in long-term rental markets, with a specific focus on targeting high-value, qualified clients.

Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years in sales, business development or client acquisition (property management or real estate preferred); Florida Real Estate License preferred. •

Skills:

Lead generation, cold calling, CRM proficiency, negotiation, and strong communication. •

Attributes:

Goal-driven, professional, ethical, and adaptable. •

Technical:

Familiarity with property management software, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other. •

Work Requirements:
