Responsibilities include but not limited to finding new and repeat customers, helping with menu selection and planning, finding best menu/items to fit customer’s budget, communication with corporate accounts on daily basis, and delegate with kitchen staff. In addition to the catering, customer service/front end management also a part of the job. •
