BASIC PURPOSE
The Director of business development hasresponsibility to build a sustainable pipeline of new and expansionopportunities with customers looking for RPO services. The Directorwill be a senior customer facing executive level position. TheDirector will lead conversations with C-suite representatives ofhospital systems and internal customer focused team leaders. TheDirector will drive growth with engagement in RFPs, introducing ourservices to existing Cross Country clients and direct buyerengagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RPO and Search:
Grow the RPO business client portfolio in both revenue andprofitability. Define the RPO presentation materials and pitch decks forinternal consumption. Build RPO content for digital marketing (Thought leadership,case studies, and reference materials). Work with finance on pricing and profitability models. Work with Delivery leaders on modeling team and strategy forresourcing new engagements. Evaluate channel partnerships with other PE firms, consultingfirms and GPOs. Negotiate contracts in line with customer expectations whilemeeting the objectives of Cross Country. Create Change Management and operating system to reviewprogress. Drive profitable growth by increasing top line revenue, grossmargin and contribution income in the workforce solutionsdivision. Develop and refine performance metrics that measure successfulexecution of company initiatives. Align division goals with CCH overall goals to ensure maximumgrowth, profitability, and product development ROI.Must have theability to perform the essential functions of the job with orwithout reasonableaccommodation.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL/EDUCATION
The successful candidate will be considered an industry expertin RPO solutions and TA strategies. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years’ Workforce solutionsexperience. Sales forecasting and process control is essential. Ability to communicate and work in a harmonious, respectful,supportive manner with all internal & external clients. Integrity based judgment and decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
