Remote Area Sales Role – Live Anywhere in Florida What you will do You will represent one of the top tier brands in the Fire Detection distribution channel for Johnson Controls in the Florida market. You will also be part of a highly motivated team fostering an inclusive and positive environment. You will develop partnerships with existing Autocall certified partners to increase sales while recruiting new partners into the Autocall family to boost market share. You will ensure the Partners are provided with the vital tools, equipment, and training to successfully estimate, install, program, and commission their projects as well as positive YOY growth within territory. How you will do it Expand and refine the partner network to drive revenue for Autocall Fire Detection within the Florida markets. Responsible for developing and implementing an annual sales plan to meet company growth strategy. Provide sales expertise and appropriate resources to support Channel Partners in exceeding target sales volume goals. Provide resources and tools for Channel Partners to efficiently execute plans. Develop and promote product knowledge to the Channel Partners, MEP Firms, and End User customers. Collaborate with Field Sales Engineers and Business Development managers in assigned territory. Maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitor offerings, and stay current on fire and life safety codes and product trends. Attend industry-specific networking events; actively participate in professional organizations such as NFPA, ASHE, NBFAA, AFAA, AGC, ABC, NEMA, NECA, etc. What we look for Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Marketing or equivalent Sales/PM experience. Three to five years of successful outside sales and presentation experience. Experience working with consulting engineers within the Fire Detection Industry. Reside within the territory. Travel 30% of the time. Preferred Experience with Johnson Controls fire detection products. Channel Sales Experience.
