Your Impact:

Sales Manager As a Sales Manager , you’ll be a key player in driving business success and shaping a winning sales culture. You’ll lead by example, energize your team, and foster a high-performance environment rooted in collaboration, accountability, and personal growth. What You’ll Do Lead with our values: Family. Analyze reports to forecast sales, uncover trends, and identify new market opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are consistently met. Champion our growth mindset through training initiatives, product launches, and team development. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to capitalize on opportunities. Address customer and staffing issues swiftly and effectively. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on strategy and performance reviews. Manage sales team expenses and contribute to budget planning. Regularly report key insights and sales metrics to leadership. Step up for additional duties and initiatives as needed. ✅ What You Bring 5+ years of proven experience selling value-added products and solutions 3+ years of leadership in supporting field sales team with job site and office visits Hands-on sales leader with the ability to coach and guide teams in a fast-paced environment Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-focused mindset Knowledge of the construction industry (preferred) Tech-savvy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required) Valid driver’s license & ability to travel regularly Work Environment & Physical Requirements Travel required, including long periods of driving Combination of office work, site visits, and customer interaction Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs Safety-first mindset with shared responsibility for a secure work environment What We Offer –
