Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and lead a D2D sales team Close deals from both D2D and inbound sources Set and manage team performance goals Collaborate directly with ownership Represent multiple home service products with confidence

Qualifications:

D2D or outside sales experience Sales leadership experience preferred Experience in storm restoration, roofing, or solar a plus Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Strong communicator and team builder Experience in B2B a plus

$57,612.86 – $350,000.00 per year
