Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining a list of prospects Required to make 60+ outbound calls per day in assigned territory Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs Services existing accounts Obtains orders while using the appropriate price list & product literature Establishes new client relationships and maintains them Visits once monthly to their respective territory Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contributes to team effort by bringing a positive attitude each day and investing in their own skill set Work Hours, Office, Travel & Benefits This position is a contracted position. The office is open from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and as necessary beyond the normal schedule. In addition, we give 10 PTO days annually. Our goal is to offer benefits in the future but they are not currently available. The office is located in Largo, FL and is not remote. We can only accept candidates local to the Tampa/Saint Petersburg/Largo metro area. Each ASM is assigned a regional territory. They are required to visit their territory one full week out of every month. Expenses are paid by the company. Compensation This position has a fixed annual salary of $41,600.00 USD. This base salary is non negotiable. Commission is uncapped and is paid at 5% on total revenue. Additional commissions called “New Business Bonuses” are paid whenever a new customer is acquired (and they have paid their balance). This can range from $75-1000+ weekly depending on the number of new clients. •There are RARE exceptions where commission may need to be dialed back on an individual account•

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
