Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Solar Sales Manager to lead our residential solar sales team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent, training and developing sales reps, achieving team sales goals, and maintaining high morale and motivation across your team. This is a commission-only 1099 contractor position offering exceptional earning potential and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing door-to-door solar sales representatives
- Deliver ongoing training, mentorship, and performance coaching
- Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, ensuring consistent achievement
- Lead daily team meetings, sales huddles, and field rides
- Foster a positive, energetic, and performance-driven culture
- Track and report sales metrics and performance to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in the field
Qualifications:
- Proven success in door-to-door or field sales, preferably in the solar or home services industry
- 2+ years of experience in sales leadership or team management
- Strong recruiting, training, and motivational skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in the field
