POSITION

The purpose of the Studio Manager is to generate new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them their first introductory session as well as providing excellent customer service to retain current members by helping to book appointments, ensuring session utilization and celebrating milestones. The perfect candidate is a self starter, is able to work independently and has an entrepreneurial spirit to help build up studio membership and create relationships in the community. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets in memberships for one-on-one and retail Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must be a self starter and resourceful Daily and/or occasional travel may be required for studio meetings and to attend Pop Up events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the daily lead generation sales process, follow up, and close Book and confirm intro sessions Confirm daily sessions Provide a detailed intake note pre session Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio Keep the booking grid filled with intro and member sessions Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production and meet monthly targets Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club Willingness to canvas the surrounding area to build new sales funnels and promotional opportunities Reach out to area companies to build the corporate wellness program Ensure studio is clean and tidy and professionally presented daily Assist with merchandising and retail inventory Other duties as assigned to promote the viability of the studio

COMPENSATION

$20

  • $25/hr
  • Average monthly commission ranges $300
  • $700, based on performance; Milestone bonuses to be paid to grow the studio to its prior numbers Monthly commission paid on all membership related sales Monthly bonus based on individual revenue targets achieved Opportunities for growth within the district, including additional sales and management opportunities
