What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives ✔ Drive personal referral growth by calling on hospitals, physician offices, discharge planners, ALFs, and other referral sources ✔ Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities ✔ Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans ✔ Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support seamless patient transitions ✔ Represent the agency with professionalism, knowledge, and heart
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in home health or healthcare ✔ Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales or marketing experience ✔ Existing referral relationships and a book of business ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ✔ AHCA Level II Background Screening ✔ A results-oriented, compassionate, and collaborative approach
