If you are looking for a great opportunity to join a vibrant, growing, and innovative team, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who is passionate and value driven. The Inside Sales Manager will establish and lead an independent inside sales team, coordinating with outside sales, purchasing and accounting. This position is for a detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive inside sales manager who can grow, lead, and manage the inside sales team, while achieving sales goals and driving revenue .

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and Lead:

Oversee the inside sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to succeed.

Develop Sales Strategies:

Create and implement effective plans to increase sales and achieve targets.

Coach and Train:

Mentor and train inside sales staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

Monitor Performance:

Track key sales metrics and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.

Set and Track Goals:

Establish sales targets and monitor progress to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals are met. Manage the

Oversee the inside sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with

Other Teams:

Work with marketing, product development, and customer service on an as needed basis to align efforts to improve the overall customer experience.

Build Relationships:

Foster strong relationships with both internal team members and external clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience leading and growing an inside sales team, preferably with a distribution company. Knowledge of the law enforcement supply industry is a plus. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Experience in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
