Regional Sales Manager:
Customer Engagement & Networking:

Serve as the primary point of contact for potential builders—understanding their needs and presenting Maverick’s solutions effectively.

Networking:

Actively participate in strategic networking initiatives to build relationships and grow Maverick’s footprint in the local construction industry.

Sales Execution:

Drive sales activity, meet targets, and contribute to Maverick’s revenue growth.

Qualifications Sales Expertise:

5+ years of SMB sales experience, with a proven track record in construction or insurance-related sales.

Licensing:

Possession of a P&C license is a plus.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.

Bonus:

Experience in construction insurance is highly valued.
