They are currently seeking five Regional Sales Managers across Florida to join their dynamic and supportive sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity for motivated, driven professionals to represent a premium commercial product line, primarily focusing on Commercial Roller Shades , and to establish and maintain strong relationships within the Architecture and Design (A+D) community .

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive territory sales, ensuring market penetration with existing accounts while actively developing new customers. Focus on selling commercial roller shade products through direct engagement with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end-users. Maintain a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct daily prospecting to uncover new business opportunities. Coordinate sales activities with the Sales Director and Inside Sales Representatives to optimize efforts. Provide technical assistance, product recommendations, and specification support to customers. Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers including owners, architects, designers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Track and report on top accounts and projects across the territory. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competition and market dynamics. Conduct AIA CEU Lunch Presentations (minimum of 6 per year). Effectively use CRM tools and construction reporting services for project tracking and lead follow-up. Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure successful and timely project completions. Travel throughout the assigned territory, with overnight travel expected around 50% of the time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered. 5-7 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or window coverings. Strong background selling to architects and designers in a B2B environment is required. Demonstrated ability to independently prospect, develop, and close sales. High-level communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and CRM software. Must reside within the assigned region or be willing to relocate within an agreed timeframe. Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:

$90,000-$100,000 Full-Time + Commission Compensation +
