⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Sales Manager – Roofing compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 base + commission employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Sales Manager – Roofing We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a developing sales team at our thriving client in Largo, Florida. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the roofing industry. As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth. A key focus will be on client acquisition, cultivating new relationships, and expanding our customer base within the Clearwater and surrounding areas. This position includes a base salary that is negotiable based on experience + commission.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans. Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of roofing sales professionals. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close. Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports and forecasts. Utilizing CRM software for accurate sales tracking and analysis. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
3-5 years of progressive sales management experience, preferably within the roofing or construction industry. Demonstrated expertise in marketing and lead generation strategies. Exceptional client acquisition and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in sales reporting, tracking, and performance analysis. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for team development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A solid understanding of roofing products, services, and industry best practices.
