The ideal candidate MUST have extensive experience leading telemarketing teams, optimizing call strategies, and driving sales appointments and conversions for home improvement services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of lead setters to generate high-quality sales leads and appointments for bath remodeling projects. Develop and implement effective call scripts, sales techniques, and performance strategies tailored to the bath remodeling industry. Train, coach, and mentor lead setters to boost productivity, efficiency, and appointment-setting success. Monitor call center performance metrics, ensuring team members meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Optimize dialing strategies, CRM usage, and lead follow-up processes to maximize conversions. Foster a positive, energetic work environment that promotes motivation and teamwork.
