We specialize in industry-tailored AI solutions—ranging from automated lead nurturing tools to full-scale AI-integrated CRM pipelines.•Position Overview The Sales PM will act as the bridge between sales, engineering, and clients—owning the full lifecycle of a deal from outreach to onboarding. This role includes managing internal workflows, executing outbound campaigns, and directly engaging businesses through walk-ins, cold calls, and proposal follow-up. Ideal candidates will be proactive, confident in sales conversations, and able to keep technical and delivery teams aligned with sales objectives.•Key Responsibilities Execute outbound outreach campaigns including cold calls, email follow-ups, LinkedIn prospecting, and in-person business walk-ins Lead sales meetings, demos, and proposal reviews with qualified prospects Manage and track the full client pipeline using HubSpot, Notion, and Discord Assign and monitor tasks across sales associates, engineers, and leadership to ensure timely onboarding Coordinate with engineering to scope technical requirements and create Jira tickets for client deliverables Conduct territory research and identify qualified local leads in target industries Oversee documentation quality, ensuring all proposals, meeting notes, and updates are logged properly Facilitate daily check-ins with the sales team and report on pipeline status and priorities Create, refine, and uphold SOPs for lead intake, discovery calls, and delivery coordination Align with leadership to optimize revenue strategy, monthly goals, and pipeline velocity•Qualifications 2+ years experience in sales operations, project management, or B2B tech sales Proven experience with outbound prospecting and appointment setting (cold calling & in-person) Strong understanding of SaaS, automation, CRM systems, and AI-powered business tools Familiarity with pipeline metrics and KPIs (e.g., close rate, CAC, LTV) Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills Fluent in modern sales platforms: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Notion, LinkedIn, Discord Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Able to translate client needs into technical scopes for engineering Comfortable working independently, under deadlines, and in startup environments•Preferred Skills Experience selling AI/automation consulting, CRMs, or workflow optimization tools Familiarity with business software integration (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make) Background in team leadership, SDR oversight, or territory development Experience giving live demos or product walkthroughs (video or in person)•Hypothetical Weekly Schedule Monday 9:00 AM — Team check-in, review pipeline goals 10:00 AM — Prospect research (local businesses & LinkedIn) 12:00 PM — Cold call session (2-hour block) 2:30 PM — Lead follow-up emails and CRM updates 4:00 PM — Internal sync with engineers (new ticket review) Tuesday 9:00 AM — Business walk-ins (target area for the week) 12:30 PM — Proposal creation for qualified lead 2:00 PM — Discovery call with prospect 3:00 PM — Update Notion and submit meeting notes 4:30 PM — Social prospecting (LinkedIn comments, posts) Wednesday 9:00 AM — Demo day or virtual walkthroughs (2-3 client slots) 1:00 PM — Engineering handoff meeting 2:00 PM — Outbound follow-ups from Monday/Tuesday 4:00 PM — Pipeline reporting + Slack updates Thursday 10:00 AM — Local outreach walk-throughs (flyer drop, QR demos) 12:00 PM — Prospect call / Zoom pitch 2:00 PM — Demo prep + meeting with project team 3:30 PM — Record client feedback and Notion updates 5:00 PM — Commission review & lead cleanup Friday 9:00 AM — Sales retrospective + team call 10:30 AM — Deep dive: new outreach strategy & review objections 12:00 PM — Send weekly summaries to engineering & leadership 2:00 PM — Free slot for last-minute client calls or meetings 4:00 PM — Wrap-up, prepare next week’s top 10 lead targets•
