We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Florida division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of industrial markets, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, energy, construction, etc.) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in industrial sales or business development Strong understanding of industrial products, systems, or services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, automation, energy, or heavy equipment Technical background or engineering knowledge Existing network of industrial clients or partners
