Since then, our founder has added key members to the team to build it up to one of the largest independently owned water treatment companies in the state. Our top years have been the last 2, doing roughly 4.7 million in gross revenue for 2023 and 2024 each year. We have a plan, and if you are the right fit, we will work with you to continue the growth and rebuild our current sales team (we have had some retirements). Initially, you will learn the way we do sales, and show us you have that ability. Depending on how long that takes, we will then place you in the sales management position to continue the leadership of our current reps (we currently have 8). You will also hire and train new reps in all the areas that we do not have enough, or any representation. If you know how to close in home sales, and you have the ability and experience to show others the same, this is a perfect fit for you. The income opportunity is limited only to your ability to help others produce. We currently use a Free Water Analysis lead that allows us to receive hundreds of leads per week. The art of crafting a sale from a new free water test prospect and teaching that to others is what we seek. Once you show us that you are a closer, you will not need to run appointments by yourself (but could if necessary). We would then want you to move on to growing the team with your experience while earning a salary and overrides on the team. We will train you initially on water treatment, which should take a few weeks. After that, it is up to you for how long you will need to prove yourself with closing deals. We expect this to take another month or so. We are based out of Downtown Winter Haven, FL. The zip code to look up for reference is 33880.
