- Lead the experience: Upholding our core standards of Safety, Quality, Friendly and Fast to develop and implement action plans which drive results within your patch of restaurants.

- Review restaurant results and adjusts plans as needed to achieve goals
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure proper procedures and policies are being followed at each restaurant. This includes but is not limited to reviewing people practices, safety procedures, food safety, cash audits, inventory, and other operational elements of the restaurants.
- Lead with “People First” mindset
- Enable communication flow to ensure leaders are updated on pain points/success stories regarding staffing, performance and maintenance concerns
- Monitor employee satisfaction
- Regularly hold management meetings to set clear goals that include employee satisfaction/happiness and retention, maintenance issues and overall restaurant successes
