• manages the
• development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies
• for business development initiatives.

• + Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans.

Markets opportunity to potential candidates + Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget + Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project + Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations + Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions + Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications

• The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
