Position Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on company growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve monthly revenue targets Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and door-to-door outreach Build and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, HOAs, event planners, and commercial property owners Conduct free initial consultations and prepare competitive quotes for prospective clients Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Identify new market opportunities and service expansion possibilities Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM system Support brand awareness initiatives and marketing campaigns Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong communication and presentation skills Experience with cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Florida and Texas Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience in security services, construction, or property management industries Existing network of contacts in target markets Knowledge of security industry regulations and licensing requirements Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission structure Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for rapid career advancement in a growing company Company vehicle and travel allowances Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative work environment with direct access to leadership Compensation Competitive base salary $50,000 plus uncapped commission potential.
