In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships for our Restoration Division. You will leverage your Restoration expertise in project management and customer relationship management to enhance our market presence and achieve long-term success. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. Generate approximately $1.5+ million annually in sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Actively market new potential JCM clients/relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities. Utilize the company’s preferred CRM and other software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients to effectively communicate value propositions. Attends promotion of assigned sponsored events, including trade-shows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned JCM marketing functions. Coordinates and manages all activities related to trade-show/conference activity. Requirements Proven experience in business development or related field. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term growth. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels. Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions based on insights. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of initiative is important.
