Compensation:

$80,000 – $100,000/year + uncapped bonus ($150,000 OTE) The Sales Manager is responsible for growing the company by recruiting and retaining highly productive real estate agents and managing the real estate sales transactions of those agents. The Sales Manager will recruit agents in their market territory and assist agents with organization, business planning, negotiating, or any sales-related advisement sought in listing or closing a sale. Roles and Responsibilities Recruit agents who fit the company culture and consider real estate their career. Ensure that all office activities are aligned with the company framework to foster a high-performance sales environment. Meet or exceed company program minimums, ensuring that agents and the office are consistently hitting key sales and production benchmarks. Collaborate with the COO to establish recruiting and production targets, then implement strategies to achieve these objectives. Complete and analyze quartile reports to track agent performance and identify areas for growth and improvement. Attend essential company meetings to align on goals and strategies. Conduct and oversee monthly sales meetings, in-office education sessions, and sales contests to drive agent development and performance. Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and support to agents, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed. Maintain oversight of transactions, contracts, and brokerage policies to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Create an engaging and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and ongoing professional development Minimum Requirements 3+ years real estate agent experience, with production of at least $4,000,000 of volume in the preceding 12 months 3+ years of recruiting experience 3+ years of sales- or team-related management experience Active real estate license; broker license preferred Brokerage leadership experience preferred Demonstrated real estate recruiting experience preferred Adept at agent systems, including MLS, transaction management and CRM Candidate Profile The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven ability to grow and manage a successful real estate office.
