What You’ll Do:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive market expansion across our core offerings and throughout the state of Florida. Build and maintain strong client relationships through a holistic annual review process with a, needs-based approach. Train and support agents in product knowledge—particularly insurance and financial services. Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and report to agency leadership. Collaborate with our retention and marketing teams to align community outreach and sales objectives.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in sales leadership—preferably in insurance, banking, financial services Strong communication and coaching skills, with a passion for team and client success.
