Business Development Executive ECS-Asbestos Florida Remote / Field-Based | Flexible Schedule | 1099 Independent Contractor Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales pro with a background in restoration, construction, or environmental services? We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on building connections and sees every handshake as an opportunity for new business. What You’ll Be Doing Identify and connect with restoration companies, contractors, and key industry professionals Cultivate and manage a strong referral network through cold outreach, relationship building, and follow-ups Educate prospects on the benefits of working with a best-in-class asbestos abatement team Act as a liaison between clients and our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery Track activity and provide regular updates on your sales pipeline and results What You Bring to the Table Proven success in B2B sales—ideally in restoration, construction, or environmental services Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in presenting and explaining service-based solutions Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive independently Familiarity with the local restoration market—or the grit to learn it fast Compensation & Perks 100% Commission-Based
