DSH Hotel Advisors is a national hotel brokerage firm specializing exclusively in the sale of hotel assets. We are hiring a Business Development & Support Executive to drive firm growth, build strategic relationships, assist in recruiting, and support the Managing Principal and team in day-to-day business development and deal execution.

Role Overview:

This is a long-term position focused on both business development and strategic support — not a transitional position into a sales agent role. The Business Development & Support Executive will work closely with the Managing Principal to generate new listings, identify buyers, strengthen brand visibility, coordinate recruiting, and support internal deal flow and execution. You’ll serve as a key contributor to both revenue generation and team growth. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and connect with hotel owners, investors, and other industry contacts to develop relationships and increase deal generation. Assist in outreach to qualified buyers, including 1031 exchange groups, REITs, and private investors Help prepare proposals, CRM updates, and follow-up workflows Track outreach, manage and develop call lists, and maintain CRM accuracy Coordinate and support property tours, client calls, and transaction communication Represent the firm professionally via phone, email, and marketing touchpoints Attend industry conferences and events Facilitate the hiring and onboarding of new agents and assist with team integration Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Principal on lead generation, follow-ups, and deal management Contribute to branding efforts including email campaigns, press releases, and growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Active Florida real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization, follow-through, and self-management Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, or business development preferred Comfortable engaging with hotel owners and investors professionally by phone, in person, and email

Compensation:

Commission and performance-based bonuses Monthly retainer or minimum pay may be provided depending on availability and experience This is a 1099 independent contractor position Long-term role with significant income potential tied to company-side deal revenue

Career Track:

This is a non-agent, long-term business development and support role . You will not transition into a brokerage agent position. Instead, you’ll grow into a leadership role focused on strategic outreach, recruiting, business development, support, and revenue generation as the firm continues to expand.
